Made by GG Industry and totally produced in Italy with certified ecological materials, the AGUNGA diapers consist of two element: the outer underpant and the absorbing tampon. The underpant is made of Bio Cotton outside (waterproof thanks to a light polyurethane coating for a proper breathability) and vegetable starch fiber (Ingeo certificated) in touch with the skin.
In the dedicated pockets inside the underpant, on both the front and back sides, you have to insert the absorbing tampon, made of starch fiber (side touching the skin) and PU coated Polyester (side in touch with the underpant).
Once put together, the diaper is closed using two soft velcro. At this point your baby is safe because :
1 the contact with the vegetable starch fiber relieves redness and dermatitis;
2 natural fibers maintain normal body temperature and reduce unpleasant smells (page 19);
3 the shape and texture of the pad allow, in smaller babies, a more open position of the legs, ensuring them to reach the correct positioning of the hips;
4 the different degree of absorption (compared to the disposable diapers) teach the child how to control his physiological functions in shorter time, since he quickly acquires awareness of the pee / poo arrival, and teaching him to conquer the potty-chair in advance;
5 when the pad is no longer needed you can put it same as the used clothing, allowing it a new life through recycling.
Moreover with AGUNGA you can regulate the absorbency power of the diaper according to the real needs of your child

How many sizes do we have ?
Three sizes, for each sizes are available 3 plus pad, to be added to the normal one
size 1 SMALL from 3 to 7 kg or from 6,6 Lb to 15,4 Lb
size 2 MEDIUM from 7 to 10 kg or from 15,4 Lb to 22 Lb
size 3 LARGE from 10 to 13 kg or from 22 Lb to 28,6 Lb

How many do you need ?
Generally you should have, for each size, 5 panties, 10 normal pads
If you choose to purchase the complete supply kit you will have: 15 panties, 30 normal pads
You can choose between :

the complete supply kit : 15 panties, 30 normal pads (10 per size )
How are they made?
With little simple precautions the diaper lasts for years and does not loose absorbing power .
You can wash diapers by hand or in the washing machine together with other delicate garments. Here's what you must do:
1 Always close the velcro straps before washing;
2 wash in warm water up to 40 °;
3 In the washing machine a too strong spin cycle will damage the pads, you must therefore choose a delicate clothes' program;
4 we recommend using mild detergent and not containing chemical additives, since they might remain in the pad and therefore in touch with the skin;
5 are you afraid that the pad remains stained or not totally sanitized? We recommend not to use bleach or stain removers, but try the sodium percarbonate: it only takes a spoon in addition to the detergent to get excellent results: it cleans, and it softens, and used in pure form on the wet tissue removes even the toughest stains!
6 to soften both the pad and the pants we recommend not use the normal softeners, try adding citric acid or sodium bicarbonate;

How do you let them dry ?
When possible, to dry them in the sun is the best solution. This is not only more economic and environmental friendly but it is also the most hygienic way: the sun, in fact has a "miraculous" power as stains remorver and as disinfectant as well.
At home you can dry them near the radiator, without a direct contact with the heat source. Never use the electric dryer or iron them !

How do you wash them?
01 HEALTH
Our bodies know how to stay healthy but can be better only if we let them free to take care of themselves!
The washable pads and diapers minimize the risk of dermatological disorders such as redness, itching and dermatitis. Why ? It is very simple: both the layer close to the skin and the absorbing tampon are made with natural materials and this allows the physiological mechanisms of temperature self-regulation and therefore the humidity of the body works on its own
02 ENVIRONMENT
Some recent studies have shown that the ecological print left by washable devices is lower than the print left by the "disposable" items.
Regarding the production and use, both categories are equivalent: the "disposable" production requires a lot of energy and water, while during the use phase the washable item request more energy and water.
The big difference, however, lies in the fact that, at the same amount of CO2 emissions, the washable products allow a huge reduction of solid waste, since washable pads and diapers :
- are washed after each use and do not produce any solid waste;
- at the end of their life cycle (which last years) they are worked off the same way used clothing are;
- can be recycled for the production of panels for noise or thermal insulation;
- moreover, they can be washed at low temperatures with ecological detergents, reducing muchmore their impact on the environment!
Do you know that it takes between 200 and 500 years for a diaper to decompose?
Do you know, that once it is decomposed, the diaper will release toxic substances such as dioxin into the environment ?

03 COST
The washable products are purchased periodically and with long pause. Considering a period of three years, the use of washable products ensures a saving of 50-70%, depending on the ways they are washed and dried .
04 THE VEGETABLE STARCH FIBER, AN INNOVATIVE MATERIAL
Washable products generally ensure a greater dermatological tolerance than the "disposable" ones, but those by GG Industry are unique since everything that is in touch with the skin is made of vegetable starch fiber certificated by Ingeo .
This material is extremely resistant and, at the same time it ensures the maximum breathability.
We are the first to insert the vegetable starch fiber in the production of pads and diapers, and we have the patent for our process.
Any other diaper/pad can offer such a higher level of hypoallergenicity and health for the delicate skin of the intimate parts!
05 QUICK DRYING TIME
One of the weak point of the washable products are the drying times.
If it takes too long to dry an item, one is forced to buy more in order not to remain without it .
Well, we've thought about this as well !
Given its structure, the vegetable starch fiber allows air to freely enter in the absorbing pad/diaper, thus significantly reducing its drying times .
Most of the people who have tested our products have noticed this peculiarity with a huge surprise: the fear of "wasting time" was
therefore seen as a conviction due to the lack of experience.
